Hi Carole, We were in Ky. We were on our way back from Tn. Mom took us the long way, because she couldn't remember exactly how to get there. We got off I-75 at Mt. Vernon, I think. It may have been the Berea exit, but they showed where the radio station was, and my step-father used to sing there. We drove east, on lots of mountain roads. I remember it used to be on a road up-hill, but when we found it, we didn't even have to go up a hill to get to it. We passed a small white church. There's a lot of Whites and Allens buried there. My baby brother was buried there. I took pics, but can't find them right now. Wish I could remember more, but I wasn't really interested at that time.
