BURTON, Willie Maureen Burton, Willie Maureen (Center), age 88, died at 1 :30 PM Thursday, June 14, at the Gables of Middletown, after a long illness. She was born in Hazelgreen, Wolfe County, Kentucky, April 6, 1919, to William D. and Evalee (Rose) Center. She had lived in Middletown, Ohio, the past 70 years. Her husband of 51 years, Harrison A. Burton, preceded her in death in 1988. Mrs. Burton loved her flowers, and her birds. She is survived by her son, Charles W. Burton and special daughter-in-law, Peggy A. Burton of Germantown; her daughter, Betty Jo Mornhinweg and husband George Mornhinweg of Beavercreek; and seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers; and 2 sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, June 18, at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Roger Green.
