He was born June 5, 1917 in Campton, KY to Aaron Floyd and Belle (Branson) Boothe. He was a member of Towne Blvd. Church of God. He was also a member of Masonic Lodge of Mason, OH. He worked for A & R Industry as a welder for 15 years retiring in 1974. Ernie served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents; his adopted mother, Minnie Faulkner; brothers, Earl, Price and Willard Boothe; sisters, Vina Mitchell, Ola Baker, Vivian Townsend, Minnie Harrison, Connie Brewer and Lucille Jackson. Ernie is survived by "The Love Of His Life", his wife of 64 years Mila Faulkner; brother, Jacob (Ann) Boothe of Hamilton, OH; sisters, Mila (Melvin) Wilder of Moraine, OH and Betty Fay Needham of Lando Lake, FL; 4 special nieces, Marilyn Huntoon, Tamela Benge, Jackie Proctor, Linda Crosslin and numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces a! nd great nephews. Visitation will be Saturday June 9, 2007 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home with Celebration of Life Service following at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Frank Curtis and Pastor Everett Crockett will be officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park with military service by American Legion Post #218 Honor Guard. Memorials may be sent in Ernie's memory to Towne Blvd. Church of God, 3722 Towne Blvd. Franklin, Ohio 45005.
