Ky. daughter of Daniel Williams and Violet Crouch. Peter Lykins was the son of : William Lykins (4) born 1766/67 in Robeson Twp. Berks Co. Pa. Died ca. 1840 in Morgan Co. Ky. Married 13,Jan.1790 in Franklin Co. Va. to Margaret Ritter. William Lykins was the son of : Marquis (Marcus) Lykins (3) born ca.1740, married Margaret Howe on 11,Nov.1765. Marquis Lykins was the son of : Peter Lykins (2) born 1699 died 1754, married Bridgett (Brita) ____?____ born 1715-1720. Peter Lykins was the son of : Hanse Laicans (Johannes Nilsson) (1) born 1667 in Philadelphia Pa. Died 19,Sept.1751 (buried in the Old Swede's Church, Wilmington, Delware.) Married 1689/90 to Gertrude Elizabeth Glausen (Classen), daughter of Jan Glausen (Classen) In the 1693 list of Swedish Colonists in Pennslyvania he was listed as Jonas or Johannas Nilsson. His grandfather, Nil Laicons or better known as Nils/son is where this Nilsson surname came from. Hanse Laicans was the son of Peter Laicons born 1642 in Sweden, married abt.1662, died May 1693 in Philadelphia, Peter Liacons was the son of Nils Liacons (Nils/son) born ca.1610-1620 in Sweden or Finland. He came to Amercia about 1648 at the latest.
