Wolfe County News - March 14, 1956 BRACK CARROLL DIED MARCH 8 AT NEWPORT Brack Carroll, 55 died in Newport on Thursday night, March 8 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joan Feebach. He is survived by his wife, Queenie Carroll, Lexie, and six daughters: Miss Bessie Carroll, Lexie, Mrs. Joan Feebach, and Miss Bertie Carroll, both of Newport, Miss Katie Carroll, Jacksonville, N.C. also Virginia Carroll and Geraldine Carroll all of Lexie, two sons, James and J.B. Carroll, both of Lexie, two sisters, Mrs. Dora Bush, Middletown, Ohio and another sister, Lou, five brothers, Bill Carroll, Middletown, Ohio, Jim Carroll, Newport; Mort Carroll, Mt. Sterling, Captain Carroll, Mt. Sterling and Coleman Carroll, Barbourville, also several grandchildren. The body was brought to Hearne Funeral Home, Campton, Friday and kept until Friday night when it was taken to the home at Lexie. Funeral Services were held at Rose Chapel, Sunday with Rev. John Dalton officiating. Burial was in the Childers cemetery at Lexie. Arrangements for funeral and burial were in charge of Hearne Funeral Home, Campton. Carole
