Wolfe County News - Dec. 11, 1957 LOGAN LITTLE CLAIMED HERE AT AGE OF 81 Logan Little, 81 died at 5:15 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5 in the Murray Hospital at West Liberty. He was a member of the Church of God on Upper Gilmore. He is survived by one son, Howard Little, Lampasas, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Carrie Smith, Cincinnati, and Mrs. Elizabeth Lindon, Gillmore; two step-sons, O.K. McClure, Avon Park, Fla., and John Frank McClure, Bangor, Maine, one sister, Mrs. Jeanna Wilson, Kalamazoo, Mich., and five grandchildren. Services were held at 11 a.m. Satruday at the Church of God, Upper Gillmore, with Rev. Willie Taylor officiating, assisted by Rev. John Dalton. Burial was in the Elsberry Little Cemetery on Upper Gillmore. The body was moved from the B.F. Porter and Son Funeral Home, Campton to the church at 10:00 where it lay in state until the funeral.
