    3. ---------- From: Carole Bays Sent: Monday, October 14, 2002 12:04 AM To: 'Ky-Wolfe@rootsweb.com' Subject: WILLIAM WILLS Wolfe County News - March 7, 1956 WILLIAM WILLS DIED TUESDAY AT AGE OF 81 William Thomas Wills, 81, retired farmer of Maytown died on February 28, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington after a nine weeks illness. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mollie Clark Wills of Maytown, a son, Clifford Wills and three grandchildren of Dayton, Ohio, also two sisters, Mrs. Nora Clark, St. Petersburg, Fla, and Angleine Wills of Lexington. Funeral services were held Friday, March 2, at the Hazel Green Methodist Church. Rev. Edward J. Cunningham, pastor of the Campton Baptist Church officiated. Music was furnished by Mrs. O.D. Ross as pianist and Karen Smith vocalist. Potter Funeral Home of West Liberty was in charge of arrangements. Honorary pallbearers were: J. C. Stamper, Elmer Clark, Bert Horne, Troy and Dearl Linkous and Delman Rose. Active pallbearers were Willard and Bill Horne, Luther and James Rose and Willard and Coutney Clark. Those attending the funeral from a distance were: Mr. and Mrs. Bert Horne Mrs. Wilma Dehart, Mrs. Yvonne Jay, Mr. and Mrs. Courtney Clark, Mrs. Allie Estes, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Wills and children.
