Wolfe County News - Aug. 1974 DEATH CLAIMS MR. CHILDERS Herbert Clayton Childers, 70 of Stanton d. July 30 at the Glenway Lodge, Winchester. He is survived by his wife, Maude Childers, a son, Richard Childers, Brownsburg, Ind.; four daughters, Mrs. Willa Jean Allen of Louisville, Lillian Rigsby, Ft. Wayne, Ind., Grace Jane Taylor of West Carrollton, Ohio, and Mrs. Virginia Littleton, Dayton, Ohio: five brothers, Hoy Childers, Stanton, Raleigh Childers of Campton, Ernie Childers of Middletown, Earl Childers, Lexington, and Elzie Childers of Middletown; one sister, Mrs. Rosie Hollon, Dry Ridge; 18 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Burial was in the Stanton Cemetery with Well Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Carole
