STEELE, 91, PASSES JAN. 26 Mrs. Elizabeth Jane Steele passed away Jan. 26 at the Kenwood Nursing Home at Richmond, Ky., where she had been a patient for several months. She was 91 years old and had been a resident of Campton all her life. She was a faithful and devout member of Campton Baptist Church and was active in her church work for many years, and had served in the capacity of church clerk, for a number of years. Her husband preceded her in death. Survivors include four sons, Henry Steele, Manson Steele, and William Steele, Jr., all of Campton, and Wellington Steele, of Dayton, Ohio; three daughters, Miss Bonnie Steele, Campton, Grace Roettele, Dayton, Ohio, and Mignon Steele, Miami, Fla.;12 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Pyna Tester and Lula Maloney of Middletown, Ohio, and Edna Rose of Florida. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Campton Baptist church by Rev. Doyle Thomas. Burial was in the family cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Carole
