Wolfe County News - March 9, 1973 HAZEL GREEN WOMAN DIES AT SON'S FUNERAL Mrs. Frances Trent, 70, of Hazel Green died at 12:55 p.m. Saturday, March 3, at the Rogers Church in Wolfe County while attending the funeral of her son, Ray Trent. Death was attributed to an apparent heart attack. Mrs. Trent was born Feb. 15, 1903 in Wolfe County, a daughter of the late Esau and Dicie Mullins Brewer. She is survived by her husband, Willie Trent of Hazel Green; four daughters, Josie Hurt of Menifee County, Viola Toms and Wanda Kairn of Middletown, Ohio, and Janie Puckett of Mize; five sons, Wilils Trent of Dayton, KY, and Sam, Gene, and Earl Trent, all of Frankfort, and Robert Trent of Hazel Green, and a brother, Willis Brewer of Beattyville. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Rosedale Church on Stillwater by Rev. Forest Bailey and Rev. Bee May. Burial was in the Rosedale Cemetery under the direction of Herald and Stewart Funeral Home. Carole
