    3. Wolfe County News - March 9, 1973 GLENN TAULBEE OF HAZEL GREEN DIES IN VA HOSP. Glenn M. Taulbee, 76, of Hazel Green died Friday, March 2, at Veterans Hospital in Lexington following an extended illness. He was a retired monument dealer and was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Consolation Community Church near Hazel Green. Born July 25, 1896, at Hazel Green, he was a son of the late William Riley and Sarah Tyler Taulbee. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Dora Ward Taulbee of Hazel Green, a foster daughter, Mrs. Theda Cassady of San Clemente, Calif., and a sister, Mrs. Suzie Shockey of Hazel Green. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at the Consolation Community Church by Dr. Karl Paulo and Rev. Glen Graves. Burial was in the Hazel Green Cemetery under the direction of Herald and Stewart Funeral Home. Carole
