Wolfe County News - Jan. 8, 1971 BARNEY BOOTHE DIES DEC. 27TH Barney Boothe, 84, Zachariah, died Sunday morning, Dec. 27, at Central Baptist Hospital, in Lexington. He was a native of Wolfe County. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Mae Hayes, Beattyville; a son, James Boothe, Zachariah; two brothers, James Boothe, Dayton, Ohio, and Minter Boothe, Winchester; five grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. Funeral service was conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Campton Baptist Church by Rev. William Pack. Burial in the family cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Home in charge. Carole
