Wolfe County News - Jan. 21, 1972 GEORGE H. KING PASSES SUNDAY George Henry King, 80 of Route 2, Campton, died at his home at 2:45 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 16, after a long illness. He was a native of Wolfe County, a retired farmer, and attended the Baptist Church. He is survived by two sons, Gerry King of Frankfort, and Kelly King, of Baptist; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Jane Perkins, Fort Wayne, Ind., Mrs. Sarah Ritchie of Fairborn, Ohio, Mrs. Doris Shoop of New Carlisle, Ohio and Mrs. Garnett Trent of Frankfort; one step-son, Elvin Fletcher of Baptist; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Pearl May Ledford and Mrs. Helen Hays, both of Dayton, Ohio; two brothers, Thomas King of Baptist, and Ira King of Cincinnati; one sister, Mrs. Sophia Mossie of Campton, 27 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18 at the Porter and Son Funeral Home by Rev. Omer Spencer. Burial was in the Swango Cemetery in Baptist. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Porter and Son Funeral Home, Campton. Carole
