Wolfe County news - Oct. 22, 1971 RITES ARE HELD WEDNESDAY FOR PAULINE LINDON Mrs. Pauline Lindon, 56, of Route 1 Campton, widow of Sterling Lindon, died Sunday, Oct. 17, at Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington, following a short illness. She was a member of the Hazel Green Christian Church. Born Sept. 9, 1915, at Taulbee, Ky, she was a daughter of the late John and Esther Taulbee Shockey. Mrs. Lindon is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Wells of Franklin, Ohio and Mrs. Karen Perkins of Middletown, Ohio; three sons, Melvin Lindon of Troy, Ohio, Larry Lindon of Middletown, Ohio, and Kenneth Lindon of Route 1 Campton; three sisters, Mrs. Bonnie Kash of Port Royal, Ky., Mrs. Ruby Pettit of Trenton, Ohio, and Mrs. Eliza Bach of Middletown, Oho; three brothers, Reach Shockey of LaGrange, Raymond Shockey of Campton and Sam Shockey of Route 1 Campton, and nine grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Hazel Green Christian Church by Rev. Roy Benton. Burial was in the Hazel Green Cemetery under the direction of Herald and Stewart Funeral Home of West Liberty. Carole
