    3. Wolfe County News - June 30, 1972 JACK HOLLON DIES JUNE 21 Jack Hollon, 91, died Thursday, June 21, at Little's Personal Care Home, after an extended illness. He was a native of Wolfe County and had lived most of his life in the Tar Ridge Section of Wolfe County. He was a member of the Church of God. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mary Hollon and three sons, Raleigh Hollon, Rogers; Clyde and Thrasher Hollon of Middletown, O., one daughter, Mrs. Ercie Williams, Trenton, O.; two brothers, Jesse and Herbert of Campton; two sisters, Matilda and Sallie Peck, Campton; 23 grandchildren also survive. Funeral service was held Saturday, June 21, at 1 p.m. at the Tar Ridge Church of God with Rev. Omar Spencer officiating. Burial was in the Reynolds Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Carole
