    3. Wolfe County News - July 23, 1972 PEARL GIBBS, 76, OF LACY CK. DIES Pearl Carson Gibbs, 76, of Lacy Creek died July 20 in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lexington, after a three-year illness. She was a member of the Church of God. Survivors are as follow - Her husband, Kelse Gibbs; five sons, Theodore Carson of Jamestown, Ohio, Armstrong and Ray Carson of Dayton, Ohio, William Carson of Lacy Creek, and Lester Carson of Rogers; three daughters, Mrs. Edith Winfield of Dayton, Ohio, Mrs. Elizabeth Patton of New Vienna, Ohio, and Miss Marie Gibbs of Lacy Creek; one brother, Willis Brewer of Beattyville; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Jane Kash of Campton and Mrs. Frances Trent of Mize, and 29 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral was held Sunday, July 23 at 10 a.m. at the Rose Chapel Church with Rev. Omer Spencer officiating. Burial was in the Carson Cemetery on Lacy Creek under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home. Carole
