Wolfe County News - Oct. 15, 1971 MERIDA MANN, 84, OF DAN PASSES Merida Mann, 84, of Dan, died Sunday, Oct. 10 at 2:30 a.m. at his residence following a brief illness. He was a retired merchant and a member of the Church of Christ. Born March 22, 1887, in Morgan County, he was a son of the late Alvin and Louisa Risner Mann. Mr. Mann is survived by his wife. Mrs. Ada Graham Mann of Dan; three daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Bach of Orlando, Fla. Mrs. Marjorie Wells of Middletown, Ohio and Mrs. Aleta McGlone of Cynthiana; a son, Randolph Mann of Corbin; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Fields of Korea and Mrs. Eliza Powers of Homewood, Ill., and three brothers, Charlie Mann of Lexington, Claude Mann of Frenchburg, and Arlie Mann of Dunedin, Fla. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at the Hazel Green Christian Church by Rev. Glenn Lawson. Burial was in Hazel Green Cemetery under the direction of Herald and Stewart Funeral Home. Carole
