Wolfe County News - July 24, 1970 DORSEY TOLSON, EX-JUDGE, DIES Judge Dorsey C. Tolson, 66 of Campton, former Wolfe County judge, jailer and deputy jailer, died Monday in St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington. A farmer, he had been a deputy jailer from 1933 to 1937, was jailer from 1949 to 1957 and served as county judge from 1957 to 1961. He was a member of the Church of God. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eula Mae Tolson; three sons, Dorsey C. Tolson, Jr., Middletown, Ohio, and James Robert and Jackie Dale Tolson, Campton; three daughters, Mrs. Kathleen Woodward, Middletown, Ohio; Mrs. China Spencer, Pine Ridge, and Mrs. Wanda Cunningham, Stanton, and six grandchildren. Services at the Campton Church of God at 2 p.m. Thursday. Burial in the Tolson Cemetery. The body is at the Porter and Son Funeral Home. Carole
