Wolfe County News - May 5, 1972 OVA BUCHANAN DIES APRIL 25 Ova Buchanan, 63, died suddenly at his home April 25, after an illness of several months. He was a retired farmer, and a native of Wolfe County. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Virgie Buchanan; one brother, Osa Buchanan of Trent; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Lackey and Mrs. Belle Spaulding of Campton. Funeral services were conducted Friday, April 28, at 2 p.m. at Campton Church of God by Rev. Doyle Thomas and Rev. James Dalton. Burial was in the Swango Cemetery, Trace Fork, with Shackelford Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Carole
