Wolfe County News - June 8, 1971 SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. LACY, 81 Lula Lacy, 81 died suddenly at her home in Campton May 28. She had been, in ill health for several months. She was a native of Wolfe County and was a member of the Church of God. Her husband George Lacy, preceded her in death. Survivors include one son, Raleigh Lacy of Campton; two daughters, Mrs. Grace Alexander and Miss Verna Lacy, both of Campton; two brothers, Jesse Smith of Brighton, Mich., and Charlie Smith of Jefferson; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Spencer and Mrs. Maymee Taulbee, both of Campton. Funeral was conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, May 30 at the Campton First Church of God by Rev. Doyle Thomas. Burial was in the Miller Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Porter and Son Funeral Home. Carole
