    3. I'm not sure if this has a Wolfe Connection, but has Wolfe County Names. Clay City Times - Aug. 10, 1939 DEATH OF MRS. KELLY E. CLAIR Friday morning the death angel came to the home of Kelly E. Clair, World War Veteran, at Rosslyn and took home the wife and mother, Mrs. Emma Carolyn Clair. Mrs. Clair had only lived in that community a little more than a year but was loved by all who knew her. She was the daughter of Dr. Swango, who formerly lived near her and Mrs. George Ann Swango, of Ironton, Ohio. She was a good, Christina woman and will be missed in the neighborhood. She was a regular attendant at church, Sunday school and prayer meeting until ill health prevented. Besides her husband, she leaves to mourn six children, Anna, Kelly E., Jr., Virginia, Harold, Ishmael, and a baby born Friday morning; also a mother, two sisters and three brothers. Funeral services were conducted Sunday morning at ten o'clock Sunday morning by the Rev. Rhodes, of Frenchburg, assisted by the Rev. J.C. Everman. Burial near Mt. Sterling.
