    3. Wolfe County News - Feb. 13, 1970 POMEROYTON FARMER DIES Mr. Dudley Halsey, 73, of Pomeroyton died at 9 p.m. Tuesday at Mary Chiles Hospital, Mt. Sterling, after a long illness. He was a retired farmer. Born Sept. 1, 1896, at Flat Rock in Menifee County, he was a son of the late William T. and Angie Taylor Halsey. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Inez Bailey of Dayton, O., one son, Denzil Halsey of Route 1, Jeffersonville, KY.; one brother, Bob Halsey of Pomeroyton, and three sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Amburgey, Mrs. Bertie Wilson, and Mrs. Pearlie Benton, all of Pomeroyton. Funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Pomeroyton Union Church by Rev. Glenn Lawson. Burial in Kattering cemetery, Pomeroyton, Potter Funeral Home in Charge. Carole
