Yes, Wanda, As a matter of fact, I wrote most of it. We had a committee and worked for over 5 years to produce that book. I put all the names in on my family tree maker and wrote the 1st four chapters. My cousin, Tutt Lambert and his wife, Lois , did the chapter on Swangos in the Civil War. They went to Washington D.C. archives and found 20 Civil War soldier with the name of Swango. 9 were Confederate and 11 were Union. My sister, Norma Rose Profitt, wrote the chapter on reunion, and we all contributed to Swango memorials--I think Tutt and Lois did the chapter on Swango Heroes. Our pictures are near the front of the book. I am also the treasurer for the committee and send out the books to people who order them. I hope you have enjoyed your book. Bess

Wanda-- My husband usually attends that reunion. He is related to the Roses--he and I are 5th cousins, I found out, as well as some of the other names in that family. He and O.C. Helton were related through the Roses. I really miss O.C., and now we will miss Harley too. Bess
