    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Brewer Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.kentucky.counties.wolfe/317.319.2.2/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Hi, You had wrote the following: This is a cousin of yours I believe. please see my email below your message. Hi, I have in my geneology notes that Lewis Brewer married Molly Stamper, his 2nd wife I believe, but I don't have any information on their children, not even a single name. I'd sure appreciate any help you could give me with my family history. My great-great-great grandfather was Dennis Brewer son of Willis B. Brewer and Mahalah Maynard Brewer. Dennis was their 1st child and was born 1823 in North Carolina, married Ailsey Jones and had 12 Children that I'm aware of. Dennis had a grandson named Green Berry Brewer, son of Littleton Brewer. I also have a Green Brewer who married Hannah Hatton. Hannah was the daughter of Angeline Brewer and John Hatton. I didn't record all the information so I've forgotten who the parents of this Green Brewer were. I have a Green Brewer b. 28 NOV 1858 son of Isham/Isom Brewer and Sarah/Sally Hatton. I'm sure that this Sally ties in with John Hatton who married Angeline Brewer, either a sister or cousin. I don't know much about this Green, not even who he married or if he did marry. I have a Green Kelly Brewer b. 29 FEB 1876, son of George Washington Brewer and Caroline King. Uncle Kell was married to Ellen Chapman who died about 1891 delivering their 1st child who also died, then Uncle Kell married Minta Alice Spencer, and had 13 children, one of whom was named Green Kelly Brewer born aout 1915. This Green Kelly was called Ted by the family, short for Teddy Bear, and he married Stella Baker. I don't have any childrens names listed. I do know that Ted was a Rear Tail Gunner in the U. S. Airforce during WWII, and that he was killed in action. I believe my grandfather, who was 1st cousin to Ted said he was shot down over the Pacific Ocean by the Japanese, and that his body was never recovered. I could be wrong, that may have been another of Grandpa's cousins who's body was never recovered, because he lost several to them to WWII, as well as a brother, Granville Henderson Brewer. I've lost a lot of information due to a few computer crashes that happened before I got enough sense to buy a CD-Writer so I could save information. I have a lot of notes and information supplied by other Brewer geneologists, but unfortuneately it's not at all organized, and most of it is packed away as I've moved a few times. I'd appreciate any Brewer information or copies of scanned photos that anyone would care to share. I'll share any information that I have, though much of it is un-documented. Many children's names I discovered from Census Reports, but a lot of my information came from my Grandfather, Elberton Monroe Brewer, and from his brother James Verl Brewer as well as his sister Ella Mae Brewer Bush. Sincerely, Shirley Brewer Watkins Hi Shirley, I'm a gggranddaughter of Green & Hannah Brewer. I would love to share info with you regarding the family that I have and get what info I can from my branch of the tree that you may have. I'm kinda stuck on mine at this point. I hope to hear from you. My email is [email protected] or [email protected] I have the same im programs if you want to touch base that way to exchange info. Sincerely, Charmain Bausman-Pierce

    3. Shirley, I've been to Ky and Tn. and can find nothing on Sally Hatton. Did find in Frankfort, Ky. a Cherokee Application #702 for a Sally Hatton for 1885. I want to send for it, and find out if she is mine. But, I don't know where to send it. I've got a web site, if you or the other person would like to join it. Got a lot of Brewer's on it, and photos. I'd love to know his whole line, down from Green and Hannah, as they are my greats. Wanda Brewer Shepherd [email protected] p.s. I've put my email addy down, and I'd love to hear from them, as we are cousins several times over. Green and Hannah were 1st cousins. --- "[email protected]" <[email protected]> wrote: > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to > this mailing list. > > Surnames: Brewer > Classification: queries > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.kentucky.counties.wolfe/317.319.2.2/mb.ashx > > Message Board Post: > > Hi, You had wrote the following: This is a cousin of > yours I believe. please see my email below your > message. > > Hi, I have in my geneology notes that Lewis Brewer > married Molly Stamper, his 2nd wife I believe, but I > don't have any information on their children, not > even a single name.
