    3. Camden, Ohio - Mrs. Hazel V. Creech, 96, of Ohio 725, died at 11:05 pm on Wednesday, Mar. 27, 1996 at the Willow Knoll Nursing Center. She was born in Campton, Ky., on Sept. 28, 1899, the oldest of seven children of William Newton Allen and Sarah (Miller) Allen. Mrs. Creech was a charter member of the Grace Baptist Church. She formerly worked at the P. Lorillard Co., She is survived by five daughters, Bessie Weimer of Franklin, Grace Salley of Franklin, Madge Theiss of Middletown, LaVerne Trimble of Camden and Geneva June Back of Franklin; 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren; and a brother Marvin Allen of Campton. She was preceded in death by her husband Hobart Creech in 1977. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home in Middletown with the Rev. Howard Sears officiating. She was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Haney and was a member of the Baptist Church. She made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Joe Frank Ferguson of Grassy Creek, where she died. Survivors are her two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Ferguson of Grassy Creek and Mrs. Stella Buchanan of Hazel Green; and one son, Dr. Claude McClure of Indianapolis, Ind., and numerous grandchildren and great - grandchildren. He was retired from Armco Steel, where he was en employee for 32 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Maude Hounshell of Pine Ridge; one son, Albert L. Hollon, Sr., 76, of Hazel Green, veteran of World War I, in which he ranked as Captain, died in the Veterans Hospital at Louisville, Saturday night, May 14 at about 8 o'clock after three weeks illness. He was a member of the Catholic Church, Winchester, Ky. He was proceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Daisy Day Hollon and two sons, Kelly and Raymond. He is survived by one son, Jas. I.     3. Wolfe County News - Feb. 17, 1960 DEATH CLAIMS RAY B. MURPHY Raymond B. Murphy, 48, prominent Lexington attorney and a brother of Chas. W. Murphy of Campton and Earl Murphy and Mrs. J.C. Nickell of West Liberty, died Monday night at his home after an illness of several months of cancer. Mr. Murphy moved to Lexington from Morgan county in 1937. During World War II, he served with the United States Army, but he returned to Lexington after his discharge and received his degree from the University of Kentucky College in 1946. His wife, Mrs. Edna Wright Murphy, was associated with him in his law offices. He specialized in real estate title work. He was born at Murphy Fork in Morgan County, a son of the late Benjamin and Elizabeth Vest Murphy. He was a member of the Crestwood Baptist Church, Lexington.
