COMBS, Lillian C. age 84 of Middletown passed away Friday, February 17, 2012 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born June 16, 1927 in Cincinnati, OH to William and Lula (Morgan) Toole. She was a switchboard operator for Middletown Hospital for 10 years, retiring in 1986. Lillian was a member of First Baptist Church of Monroe. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Isaac Combs in 1994; sister, Hallie Reese. Lillian is survived by son, Greg Combs of Middletown; brother, Jack (Ann) Toole of Middletown. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with interment to follow at Woodside Cemetery. Draft registration cards for World War I and II show it as 16 Aug 1881 and born in Wolfe Co, KY. He is buried in the Millville Cem, Butler Co, Oh. He was married to my greataunt Mayo Childers.
