Hi Beth: I know we corresponded a few times but I have been in the hospital several times this year and have not felt much like working on my genealogy. I am off work on sick leave now and finally think I am on the road to recovery. I did find my notes that had been gathered by a George M. Laws, son of Polly Moses Laws but they don't address the Laws side of the family just the Moses side. I do have an old newspaper article about George M. Laws when he was working for the navy. This George Laws lived in Sidney, Ohio. I also have an article about his daughter Helen when she enlisted in the womens' Air Force at the age of 18. Are these your family?
