To Irene Neal, I don't know what the Whitley County, Ky. library would have since l live in Springfield, Mo., but Mary Siler who seems to know a good bit about Whitley County, Ky. and evidently lives in the area seems to think it would not be available on inter library loan. Perhaps the Springfield library would loan it we have 4 libraries here, and the one that has helped me with inter library loan has been the berautiful library called The Library Center on S. Campbell Springfield, Mo. phone is 417-874-8110 They are very helpful and also have a large genealogy section.
