There has been much research on Lucinda Siler wife of John Wesley Siler, who were gr, gr grandparents of Howard Lawrence Holt born 3 Jan. 1919, Douglas County, Mo. Lucinda was raised by wife of Christopher Murray known as Granny Pattie, her maiden name was Davis. John Wesley Siler and Lucinda Evans named their first son Evans Siler. There has been research that connects Lucinda Evans Siler to a Ford as her father, but nothing has been proven as far as l know.
