If anyone has any Webster County records I would really appreciate some help. The name I am searching for is RICHTER/RICTER/RICTOR. I know that a daughter (Charlene) was born to Charles A. RICHTER July 1944. And I also know that Charles would have come to Webster County, Sebree, sometime after 1931. I have tried to view the marriage records on Webster Co, Gen Web but I don't have what it takes to view them. I don't know when he left Webster Co. but he died 1994 in Mason Co. IL. Are there city directories or anything that would help me in determining when he was there. I really am interested in Charles mother Dora RICHTER & a daughter (sister to Charles) that may have moved to KY with Charles, so if any RICHTER is found in Webster I would really appreciate knowing.
