Rita is the new treasurer of the Webster County Historical & Genealogy Society and she helped us update their data online at http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~kywebste/wch_gs.htm You will notice the society has new officers, who are planning to start issuing their quarterly, Webster's Wagon Wheel, again soon. Also note that most of the books the Society has for sale have been reduced in price. So it would be a good opportunity to make some purchases if you were planning to do so. As you will see on the web page, the society meets monthly at the library in Dixon. Dues are $15 a person per year, $20 for a family.
