    2. When we were in Webster/Henderson about 2-3 yrs. ago, we stayed at the Ramada Inn in Henderson. It was very nice and you could walk to an Applebee's next door (very nice after a LONG day of hunting ancestors). It is on the main highway going up to IN and south to Webster. Janet PS If you do research at the Webster Co. Court House be sure to get permission to go up to the attic. They have improved it and there are files on Wills that I don't think are anywhere else! Also, go to the genealogy room on the lower level just outside the County Clerks Office and down a short flight of steps. It was closed while we were there but they let us in anyway. It is FULL of books and journals. There I found the document which gave me the name of my (Indian) 3rd ggm! It was in an old Webster Co. KY Genealogy Journal. I had looked for years w/o finding anything. We stayed late and they let us, saying close and lock the door behind you. There was no need to worry as the Sheriff's office and the jail were just above us!!!! Enjoy, Janet ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com
