PLEASE REMEMBER ME, that reads: "Bertram, Anna Mae Crabtree ... 10-07-1915 ... 10-29-1996 ... d. of Colonel Bertram & Mary E. Lord, m. of Logan, Bobby J. ... Elk Spring" (Cemetery, Wayne Co., Kentucky) I am sure Nancy and Gary meant she was the daughter of Colonel CRABTREE, rather than Bertram, and I verified on-line that colonel Crabtree was her father. My question is ... which Bertram did she marry? Who was he, also his dates of birth death, and marriage, names of his parents, etc. ? This brings up a separate issue: An excellent Crabtree researcher I queried said a relative of "Anna Mae Crabtree" referred to her not as Anna Mae but as Annie and said she was the daughter of Colonel Crabtree and Mary Ellen "Molly" COX, rather than Lord. (Incidentally, Colonel Crabtree and Molly are buried in the Crabtree Cemetery in Wayne Co., Kentucky.) My main question still remains ... which Bertram did Annie or Anna Mae Crabtree marry? Thanks! Anna In the 1920 she is referred to as Annie age 4 Her tombstone at Elk Spring has Anna Mae and lists her children as Logan and Bobby Joe Alexander. Kentucky Births have their mother listed as Anna Crabtree. My research does not list the Alexander husband's given name do you know who it was? I also has Claude Bertram as her second husband - is this may the Claude who was married to Perna Elam and died in 1959. Claude then died in 1963, they are buried at Elk Spring also. Anna's sister Beulah married an Everette Alexander they are also buried at Elk Spring.
