Lafayette, Indiana Journal & Courier Michael R. Green, 60, of Lafayette, died at his residence on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009. Born on July 13, 1949, in Monticello, Ky., he was the son of late Ralph and Madge Eller Green. Mr. Green was a truck driver. Surviving are two sons, Michael J. Green and Matthew Ryan Green, and a daughter, Heather Nicole Chase, all of Lafayette; a brother, Floyd Green of Monticello, Ky.; and two sisters, Beverly Barrett of Alabama and Brenda Graham of Tennessee.
