Bill, Here we go again. Now that you have a DNA profile for John Ramsey, Sr. and Richard, how does someone go about identifying the parents of John Sr?  Does someone have to track down another DNA test that matches from another Ramsey line? It's reallly fascinating technology, but I'm not quite sure I understand all I know about this new process. I guess I am missing an explanation of how to read the markers or something. My Aunt Gladys Franklin really believed John Sr. came from Thomas (maybe another Jr/Sr), but as far as I know her information was from word of mouth passed down from a previous generation with no documentation.
