Surviving are her sons, Thomas Raggio of Monticello and Daniel Raggio of St. Clair, MI; brothers, Carter Koger of Somerset, KY and Kenneth Koger of Lockport, IL. Ms. Raggio was a retired Executive Secretary with Fruehauf Corp. and a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. Graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Monticello. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice.
