Charlotte: There is a Thomas Rice and a James Rice in the 1810 Census of Wayne CO., KY, both on page 364. In the 1820 Census there is a William Rice on p 81, a William Reece on p 85 and a James Rice also on p 85. Any info on them and their families would be appreciated. Regards, Steven C.
