"You will observe the children to be taken in will be between 5 and 16 years old instead of 7 to 17 therefore the head will be changed accordingly - the law contemplates great accuracy in this business "Blanks of the proper form will be forwarded with the Laws, for the Clerks of the County Courts. "It shall be the duty of the Sheriff or Collector to collect the Revenue upon the last list of Taxable Property taken in and returned to Court and said Sheriff or Collector shall report to the County Court any changes or transfers of property that may have taken place since the time of last listing the taxable property for said county. /s/ Thomas S.
