Belinda Porter Koger HAGERSTOWN, Ind. -- Porter Koger, 94, of New Castle, who retired in 1972 from Dana Corp. in Hagerstown, died Sept. 19, 2003, at Americare Living Center. He was born Aug. 28, 1909, in Wayne County, Ky., to Harve and Juda Denney Koger. Survivors include his sons, Robert and Paul Koger. His wife, Clora Green Koger, is deceased. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at South Mound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Monday at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, New Castle. Memorials may be made to the New Castle-Henry County First Aid Unit or to a charity of the donor's choice
