Nancy, By car, Zula is just a matter of 10-20 minutes from the Russell County line. Keep in mind that much of Otter Creek is now under Lake Cumberland, but once was crossable. It is now necessary to go around the Lake to get to Russell County, but portions of it (very SMALL portions of it) are still on the Clinton/Wayne County side of Lake Cumberland.
