I went to Russell Co., Ky. message board throught Rootsweb and found where someone posted my great grandma's (Carrie Bowlin Smith) death certificate on there! I had one already and didn't know about the other. On the one I didn't have, it said that Francis Bowlin was born in Russell Co., Ky. and Carolyn Neal was born in Clinton Co., Ky. Can anyone find Francis Bowlin in Russell Co.? School Census as a parent or something? In 1910 Russell Co. Ky. it has: Bolin, Caroline, head, age 54, Ky.
