NOTED PERSONALITY" "Dr. BERTRAM doctored people in the Travisville, Shellotte, Rigney Mountain, and communities that were close or bordered the place where Pickett and Fentress Counties, Tennessee, and Clinton and Wayne Counties, Kentucky, bordered." I found Travisville on a map of Pickett Co., TN. (Used to be in Fentress Co., TN.) Anyone know where the community of Smyrna is in Pickett Co., TN? Anyone know where the community of Shellotte was or is? Anyone know where RIGNEY Mountain was or is? Certainly could use some help! And I would be most appreciative!
