Gladys, Hi! We may have corresponded earlier. Is the Patsey Young on the 1830 Fentress Co., TN Census yours? There were only three Youngs who were heads of households there in 1830 and a Patsey Young was one. For some reason, Ancestry.com does not list Parker Young at all, and lists Burdine Young as Bseline Young. (I have submitted a correction on Burdine.) 1830 Fentress Co TN > YOUNG BURDINE > 02011-30001 > > YOUNG PARKER > 1111001-012101 > > YOUNG PATSEY > 0-20001 If this was your Martha "Patsy" Young it very possible she married in Fentress Co., TN. All the marriages prior to 1905 have been destroyed. That may be why you cannot find a record of her marriages. When Patsy lived in Fentress County it bordered Wayne and Clinton Counties in KY.
