My husband's first cousin, Dee Bertram, died this morning in the emergency room. We are trying to find out the arrangements. He was the son of Oscar Leonard and Nina Belle (GIBSON) BERTRAM, and the husband of Justeen (Neal) BERTRAM. If someone on the list lives in the Wayne County area please let us know if the arrangements have been announced yet. We plan to attend the funeral if possible. Thanks so much!
