The thought just occurred to me that I should let everyone know, just in case someone may be doing the same thing, I am abstracting Deed Book L (1850-1854) and "M - N" (1851-1864) that will take us up to Civil War days. Some of the handwriting is pretty bad. Here is one I am having trouble with. Does anyone know what this county in Alabama should be? The Alabama counties starting with "B" are: Baine, Baker, Baldwin, Barbour, Benton, Bibb, Blount, Bullock and Butler. Thanks for your help.
