Hello List-- Does anyone have access to wills? I am searching for a copy of the will of ELISHA THOMAS. It is in Will Book A on either page 46 or 256. If no one has access to this book would someone know how I might order a copy of it? Appreciate any help. Ona

Sept 1834..all the rest of land and property to my wife and after she dies, to son Travis...Travis to pay Fanny Turner $60 and $60 to my daughter Alice Tabor..My pension money and land if obtained....to belong to my beloved wife and son, Travis and Travis is not to pay Fanny Turner or Alice Tabor until death of my wife...Travis also 25 acres joining son Evan called the Sugar Camp..to be part of Fanny Turners share.
