Hello to all, I have a question regarding the protection of family cemeteries in Kentucky. If an old family cemetery is located in the middle of a cow pasture, do KY laws give decendants the right to put up a fence around the cemetery whether the property owner wants it or not? Ofcourse it's best to work with the owner....I just need to know what the law states in KY.
