Good Morning Everyone, I Just wanted to share what happened yesterday, as a result of this list. I had emailed in a question about Smith's Grove, and got many kind responses (THANK YOU!). I have to preface this and say that with the exception of my brother, all birth relatives are deceased. I received a response from Lorraine, in B.C., and guess what? She and I are directly related. She phoned last night and has been researching my family for years. She has so much information, that she can't decide how to get it to me. WOW! She has visited all the burial sites and has valuable documents and photos. One of these families, the WRIGHT's is a fairly common name, and I didn't know where to go next. Not only that, but my Great Aunt, who I was close to, taught her to knit when she was a girl, and she knew my great-grandparents! Isn't technology great.
