I have received information that led to the correction of the following request since sending it previously: I am looking for David Fleece ENOX in KY. He was my ggg grandfather b.~1795 VA and married his second wife, Lucinda GOTT b. 1810 KY, on 8 Mar 1842 in Warren Co. They had three children. He was married previously to wife UNKNOWN and had five children with her. In the 1850 Red River Co. TX census he was listed with his second wife and all of the eight children. My great grandfather comes from the first marriage and I cannot find her name or where she was from. The children's names were: James Fleece, Polly A., Squire Jefferson, Margaret E., Lucy E., David F., Richard P., and Mildred. All the children were listed on the 1850 census as be born in KY except Mildred and she was born in TX in 1847. The last child born in KY was born Aug 1846. So from 1828 to ~1847 I know they were somewhere in KY. I believe that David's first wife was probably also from Kentucky because I have an old reference that stated David's father headed from VA to KY in 1797...David would have been approximately two. I am not really sure of that, but am hoping. David may have been on the 1800 or 1810 Census as a child with his parents, but by the 1820 census he may show up as a single person? For certain by the 1830 KY he would be a head of household because the first child with the first wife, James Fleece ENOX - my great great grandfather- was born in 1828. Thanks in advance, Paula
