Dear list I am searching for a family of Moore that was living in or near the Bowling Green, Gasper River and Russellville area about 1805 through maybe current day for descendants. My gg grandmother was Nancy Jane Moore, she married Abner Dyer in the Pendleton District of South Carolina about 1802/03. The Dyers, Moores and other families migrated to the Warren County area about 1806. My gg grandfather Abraham Anderson also migrated to the area on the gasper river and purchased 170 acres of land. William H. Anderson son of Abraham Anderson married Mary Diadem Dyer daughter of Abner and Nancy Jane (Moore) Dyer in 1827, this couple came to Lafayette County Missouri the following year 1828. I need any link and help in my search for this Moore Family. I have been able to find my gg grandfathers Family grave yard on a privately owned farm near the old Providence Church near Russellville Ky, containing 14 graves. S I think these families would have been in close proximity to that area. Thanks for any and all help I need it very badly as I have run into a solid brick wall on the Moore surname.
